(I move fast...no pun intended...keep reading to get the pun)

okay so I know everyone (or at least darkboyr32 is and his friend) is working on their odst armor, myself included, but I have a new project after this one is finished to give our troops mobility (at a large cost if I can get this project off the ground...I hate physics). If anyone has ever watch Air gear you can guess what I want to make or if you haven't watch episode 1 and you can guess what I want to make. The problem that is in my way is that I need to find out how much horsepower I need to move 200 lb. at 25-30 mph. across a flat surface on 4 wheel.

p.s. if anyone does physics please give me a hand with the math
